With global sales of collectible plush YooHoo & Friends toys exceeding 22 million units,
German brand management and media company m4e AG has acquired all licensing rights
for the property in German-speaking territories with plans to develop a broad licensing
program.

Simba Toys currently distributes the line of 26 figurines in Germany, which is supported
by TV advertising. In spring 2014, seven more characters will be introduced to the lineup.

The plush animals, created by Aurora World, drew attention at a pan-European McDonald’s
Happy Meal promotion earlier this year across 6,000 restaurants in 40 countries...
